The vivenu Production Dashboard (Prod) is your main interface for everyday ticketing operations. It serves as a hub for all things related to event management, and allows event organizers to manage their ticketing operations.

You can access the vivenu Prod dashboard via https://dashboard.vivenu.com.

Personalize the user experience

Your vivenu dashboard can be adapted to your preference, allowing for an optimized working environment. Here's how to customize your experience in just a few quick steps:

Adjusting Display Settings

  1. Navigate to the lower left corner of your dashboard

  2. Click on your name to open your personal settings

A modal will appear with these customization options:

Visual Mode: Choose between Light, Dark, or System settings to match your viewing preference

Language Selection: Switch seamlessly between English, German, or French interfaces

Verifying Your Profile Information

  1. Navigate to the top of your dashboard screen

  2. Review and confirm your personal information (name and email)

  3. Feel free to update your display name directly through this interface

Need to update your email address? Your Account Manager is ready to assist—simply reach out to them for a quick update.

Your vivenu Development environment

vivenu also offers a Development (Dev) environment—a separate, isolated test system where you can safely experiment without impacting live events or sales. Developers, builders, agencies, and organizations looking to build custom ticketing solutions, integrate with existing systems, or automate workflows can also use this environment.
