Users are granted access to your vivenu seller account, allowing them to manage events, view statistics, adjust settings, or use the POS app. You can restrict their access by assigning specific roles.
A user can log in with their credentials via https://dashboard.vivenu.com or through the POS app. Depending on their role, they will have access to selected modules.
Note: Contact our support team if you need to grant access to third parties who are not part of the contractual platform agreement.
