Prepare your events for mailchimp

1. Customer data and customer tags will flow from vivenu to mailchimp.

2. Dedicate specific tags to your events and add event based tags in Events > Tracking.

3. Example: If you host sports events, you can tag your event based on the sports teams that are playing. If you host music events, you can tag based on artist or genre.

4. Based on your customer tags, you can segment your audience in Mailchimp and send out communication.

Install the app

1. Go to the marketplace.

2. Find and Install the Mailchimp App.

3. Please have your Mailchimp login credentials ready.

4. Connect your Mailchimp account.

Configure Synchronization

1.  Select a customer list. Your customer lists must be set up in Mailchimp first; then, they will appear in the dropdown for you to choose.

Go Live and Test

1. Go live

2. Save your settings.

3. Test the connection.
