Project Admission Setup in vivenu
Follow these steps to integrate Project Admission:

Request Project Admission via the vivenu marketplace or by contacting Project Admission directly. Marketplace requests will alert the Customer Success Team.
Complete account creation and begin the onboarding process with Project Admission.
In vivenu, navigate to Settings → Sales Channels. Create a sales channel and a sales channel group, naming both "Project Admission." Set the sales channel type to "Distribution."
Configure event access: Choose to restrict event availability or make all events accessible. Refer to documentation for detailed configuration.
Configure the Project Admission Sales Channel: If you are unable to see the Sales Channel Module, you may ask your administrator or the vivenu team to activate it for you.
Attribute inventory to the Project Admission sales channel. This can be done by enabling contingents on a seatmap via a secret shop, or by making all or specific event inventory available.
Generate reports from vivenu by pulling a sales channel report from the platform.
Note: For secondary market sales, customer accounts are automatically created.
