In vivenu

  1. Go to Settings > Payment Gateways > Create.

In Adyen

  1. You'll need an Adyen account first. If you don't have one, make sure to set it up before starting the integration process.

  2. Log in to your Adyen Account.

  3. Go to Developers > API Credentials.

  4. Important: Make sure you're in your MERCHANT Account. Credentials must match the account they're created on.

  5. Create new credentials.

Connecting Adyen to vivenu

  1. Generate API key and paste it into vivenu.

  2. Under Authentication, generate a client key and paste it into vivenu.

  3. Add allowed origin: This must be the vivenu domain or your custom domain in the correct format.

  4. Give Permissions: Allow all services being used. If unsure, keep all allowed.

  5. Copy your merchant account and enter it into vivenu.

Setting Up Webhooks

  1. In Adyen, navigate to Security. You MUST create a webhook for this payment processor.

  2. In vivenu, go to Settings > Payment Gateways and follow the instructions there to generate the webhook in Adyen.

  3. Confirm Webhook Configuration:

    1. Ensure webhooks are correctly set up.

    2. In Adyen's developer settings, activate "Recurring details" and "Bank detail additional data" under the "Additional Data" section.

  4. Your HMAC key will appear under webhooks. Copy and paste it into vivenu.

Final Steps in Adyen

  1. Request all desired payment methods. None will show up unless requested.

  2. If you want Google Pay or Apple Pay, you'll need to set up a .well-known file in Adyen.
