Stripe own paymentsSetup

1. Create the Stripe Gateway in Vivenu. Go to vivenu > Settings > Payment Gateways > Create.

2. Log into your Stripe Account via the vivenu OAuth.

3. Chargeback Tracking (Optional)

To see chargebacks in Vivenu, you need to set up a webhook:

1. Go to: https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks

2. Click "Add a new webhook".

3. For the Endpoint-URL, use the one found in vivenu > Payment Gateways.

4. Set the version to 2024-06-20.

5. Choose "Select all events" to send.

6. Click "Add endpoint".

7. Now, go to that new webhook's detail page in Stripe and find the signing secret.

8. Enter this signing secret into the "Signing secret" field back in Vivenu.

Accepting MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) Payments

To take phone orders with Stripe:

1. Contact Stripe Support: MOTO payments are a special feature, so you'll need to ask Stripe to enable it.

2. Request Access: Ask about enabling MOTO payments and access to "raw card data APIs."

3. PCI Compliance: Stripe will likely require an AoC (Attestation of Compliance) from BCH Digital (a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor).

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

1. Google/Apple Pay Not Showing? The domain of your ticket shop (vivenu or custom) needs to be "whitelisted."

2. MOTO Payments Not Working? Stripe needs to activate this feature for your account.

3. Payment Plans/Subscriptions? These are only available in Vivenu if you're using Stripe.

4. MOTO Payments: Can only be accepted using Stripe's specific POS.
